Inter House Rakhi Making Competition was organized between four Houses Neheru House, Subhash House, Tagore House, Rani LaxmiBai House.The students enthusiastically participated in the competition as they got an opportunity to exhibit their talent. They used decorative threads, stars, mirrors, pearls, matchsticks and flowers for making beautiful Rakhis. Students showed their versatility by making rakhis. Students mesmerized everyone by making very beautiful and heart touching rakhis.
The students spread the fluid triveni of affection, love and devotion by tying rakhis on the wrists of their classmates, teachers and decorating their house boards with rakhis.
Rakhi also called as Raksha Bandhan symbolizes the true love and bond between brothers and sisters, a pious way to create harmony in the world. Taking forward the Indian heritage and culture, Himalayan English School, Ghansali organized an “Inter House Rakhi Making Competition” on 17th August’2024.
It was completed under the supervision of Principal Dr. SC Rajput, Vice Principal Mr. Girish Uniyal and under the direction of Director Mr. SK Nautiyal.
On 15th August 2024 Himalayan English School Celebrated the 78th Independence Day of India
The students of Himalayan English School, Ghansali, under the guidance of Principal Sir and teachers celebrated the 78th Independence Day of India, with very nice decoration and shouting slogans. The Principal Dr. S C Rajput
hoisted the National Flag.
On this great occasion, the students of each class organized cultural programs and speeches.
Most of the girl students with their traditional customs danced with many popular Garhwali Songs. Many parents enjoyed and encouraged students by watching their performances and recording videos with their smart phone.
In the month of July Students of Himalayan English School celebrated 'Harela' the famous festival of state Uttarakhand for Environmental Awareness.

Students of Himalayan English School Ghansali planted trees on Harela festival.
To ensure everyone’s role in environmental protection, under this year’s theme ‘Guarding the environment, greenery in every home, bring prosperity and happiness’, Himalayan English School Ghansali organized a tree plantation program on the campus on the occasion of Harela festival on 16th July 2024, in which the teachers, staff and students of the school planted plants of different species with great enthusiasm under the leadership of Principal Dr. SC Rajput.
Dr. SC Rajput, started the program by planting an Amla plant in the school premises and said that Harela is our traditional festival and we all should come forward and participate in it.
The students planted saplings under Mera Paudha, Mera Dost and took an oath to protect them.
Vice Principal Girish Uniyal while addressing the students said that our aim should not be only to plant saplings but we also have to take the responsibility of taking care of those saplings and protecting them.
On this occasion Principal Dr. S.C. Rajput, Vice Principal Girish Uniyal, Khimanand Gairola, Bobby Shriyal, Yashveer Dabola along with all the teachers, staff and students of the school family were present.
The students enjoyed the program and understood the importance of planting trees.

💫The trip to science city was a wonderful experience full of knowledge of Science, Maths, Biological and much more, making science simple and interesting.
💫A visit to an Auditorium II, Beyond Planet Earth Museum, IMAX 3d Movie, Hall of Space, Hall of Science, Mars ride etc was very exciting for students and really helped them in a variety of ways to refresh their knowledge. It was just truly holistic and Knowledgeable trip.
💫The museum effectively conveyed complex scientific concepts in an engaging way, sparking the students’ curiosity.
💫Students knew about the biodiversity of Uttarakhand, the Himalayan region, rocks, mountains, and advanced technology.
💫The introduction of the taramandal was a highlight, making it an ideal place for students to grasp fundamental science principles.
💫Students as they observed various things i.e evolution of the earth, expeditions to Mt Everest, some practical brain challenging experiments.
The Himalaya Gallery and the Science Park provide unique learning opportunities, making it a popular choice for school trip.

HES organized Inspirational and Farewell Program for students of Class XII with great enthusiasm and encouragement to face the Inter Board Examination boldly assuring hundred percent support to all students for clearing any kind of doubt or confusion.
On 26th January 2024, HES celebrated 75th Republic day of India with great pump and sound.
The stage was nicely decorated by banner made by the students and ballons.
The National flag was hoisted by Mr. S K Nautiyal (Founder and Director of HES) and Dr. S C Rajput (Principal of HES) in the scheduled time.
On the occasion of celebration of Republic day Cultural programs were organized by students.
Annual sports competition was organized among the students one day before and prizes were distributed to the winners of various games and sports.
For encouraging dedication of the HES team prizes were distributed to teachers and staff members for their extraordinary contributions. Lastly sweets were distributed among the students and teachers.
Interestingly, prizes and certificates were distributed to the teachers and office staff for their notable dedication.
